In the framework of realization of the TEMPUS IV Project “The Development of the Master’s Program in European and International Law in Eastern Europe - InterEULawEast” an intensive course of lectures in “EU Company Law” was held from November 5 to November 7, 2015 at the National University “Odessa Law Academy”.
Experts in EU Company Law from the University of Zagreb (Croatia), University of Maribor (Slovenia), National University “Odessa Law Academy” and the Donetsk National University were invited for participation in the course.
More than 30 undergraduate students, PhD students, young teachers and representatives of partner universities who are interested in the processes of European integration and EU law development tendencies took part in the course.
During the course, foreign experts shared their experience in the approximation of national legislation to the EU law, and Ukrainian experts conducted a comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the EU in the sphere of economic activity.
Foreign participants noted the high intellectual potential of the Odessa School of Law, as well as the perfection of the material and technical capacity of the National University "Odessa Law Academy".
The TEMPUS IV Project “Development of Master Programme inEuropean and International Law in Eastern Europe - InterEULawEast” is designed for a three-year period.
The main objective of the project – is the development and implementation of an innovative Master Programmein the EU law and international law, focused on preparation of lawyers able to work under the EU Internal Market and the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine.
